Return & Refund Policy

All products are made to order; therefore, all sales are final, and orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

A digital proof is sent for approval before printing. Customers are responsible for reviewing all details, including spelling, names, dates, and addresses. Errors in an approved proof are not eligible for a refund.

If an order arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof, contact lydabrownart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
